Enterprise House provides retirement flats for rent to those of state retirement age who want to enjoy independent living and be surrounded by three acres of landscaped gardens adjoining Epping Forest.Built between 1965 and 1967 we have 188 self-contained, unfurnished flats, spread over eight floors and serviced by a lift.To maintain our ethos of providing affordable housing to those who have reached state retirement age, our flats are either studio or one bedroom flats.We inspire a community way of life for our tenants and there are many facilities on offer.
