Stanley’s Rooftop Bar, created in honour of Stanley Tollman, whose lifelong passion for hospitality, cocktails, and delicious food inspired this space. He believed in the simple pleasures of sharing a drink, a meal, and good conversation. For our family, naming the bar after him feels like a natural way to recognise those values and his rich legacy.
