With high ambitions we set out to rule the wood fired pizza world, serving the best pizza up and down the UK.From day one we have been true to our philosophy using only the finest Italian products. Our Italian suppliers source products and regional specialties for us from the Italian markets to satisfy the needs of our clients for ever changing recipes.Our tomatoes are always sourced from the fields around San Marzano and we use the finest fresh Fior Di Latte Mozzarella.The Rustic Pizza Co offers an unrivalled service because we take the time to listen carefully to the wishes of our clients. Caroline, the principal, managed weddings, formal dinners and banqueting for 10 years at York's Merchant Taylor's Hall alongside her brother Robert Taylor, the head chef. Prior to that she cut her teeth at some of the finest establishments around, including Ripley Castle, Chevin Lodge and York's Viking Hotel. More recently, we were delighted at being asked to prepare and serve a private lunch for Prince William and Kate Middleton on Kate's 29th birthday - shortly before their wedding. With Gordon Brown MP, HRH Prince Charles, Robert Hardy and Dame Judy Dench also amongst our past clientele, you can be sure to trust us with your big occasion.
