We are a fitness and activity center in the heart of Liverpool with the mission to make fitness fun, effective and accessible to all. Our 4000 square foot facility features an exciting ninja obstacle course, a fully equipped gym and training area and a gymnastic sprung floor. SO MUCH MORE FUN THAN A NORMAL GYM!
