Our company has been involved in the funeral profession for over 100 years, providing an infrastructure of support for the local community. Expansion to the funeral directing business in the year 2000 with the acquisition of DAVID BROOK Funeral Services allowed the company to use the experience gained over many years to provide a personal, professional & caring service. The original trading name of Emmott & Bradley was reintroduced, and in 2013 the chapel of rest was moved to Station Road Cross Hills, to make our services more accessible to clients. In June 2010 the company bought WHITLOCK & CRAVEN Funeral Directors of Silsden. The business was incorporated into Jacksons Funeral Services and a new, purpose designed premises was opened in Bolton Road, Silsden.

Neil & Sonya Milsted are a family run Funeral Directors dedicated in supplying a valuable funeral service in Harrogate and the surrounding area. We are not bound by corporate rules or distracted by share holders, but are flexible in our approach and committed to meeting the needs of the most important aspect of any funeral ( Caring for the deceased and caring for the families needs ) Neil has over 30 years of experience in the Funeral and Memorial service together with expertise in all the legal requirements required for Burial / Cremation and repatriation services. Having started his career, within the Cemeteries and Crematorium service, for Harrogate Borough Council in the 80s. Neil in 1993 became the Bereavement Services and Welfare Funeral Manager for the City of York Council. Before starting up his own Funeral service in Hookstone Chase Harrogate.

Fibrous has been supplying crematoria, cemeteries and the funeral industry for over 80 years. Founded in Cheshire in 1944, the business has been built on sourcing, developing and supplying quality Cremation urns, coffins, ashes caskets, webbings, funeral products and PPE to local authorities, private cemeteries and crematoria and funeral directors throughout the United Kingdom.
