Appletree Grange is a 32-bedded, purpose-built home for frail older people and people living with dementia, providing residential care and specialised dementia care rather than nursing care. It is located between Newcastle and Durham in a quiet area of historic Chester-le-Street. Our high standards can be seen throughout our lovely home, from the carefully designed menu to the wonderful variety of activities organised by our activity coordinators.

Located near the busy centre of Hebburn, Bedewell Grange Care Home is set in two acres of grounds with tranquil gardens. It is a purpose-built home offering residential care to fifty people, including some people living with dementia. Our person-centred approach to care is based on the use of care plans, which identify individual needs and lifestyle choices with the person concerned and their loved ones. Bedewell Grange has good links with local health services and therapists, ensuring that residents have access to specialists if they will benefit from them. Cragston Court Rehabilitation Service is located in Blakelaw, a suburb of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. It is a 20 bed residential service, offering nurse-led rehabilitation programmes for people living with enduring mental health conditions. We support people coming to us from a hospital environment, and those stepping up from another community placement or their own homes.
