In April 2015, Gracehill House was bought over and the new owners have transformed the clubhouse into a modern bar and restaurant and continue to make changes throughout the estate. As well as this, they are currently finalising their purchase of The Hedges Hotel. Once the purchase is complete, the site will have three restaurants, headed by former Northern Ireland Chef of the Year, Chris Bell.
