The Centre for Health and Wellbeing, established in 2009 in the Whiterock area of Belfast, focuses on promoting positive mental health and evolved from the Ballymurphy Women's Centre, which was founded in 1996 due to a lack of statutory services in the region. Offering a variety of therapies, including Reflexology, Reiki, and Acupuncture, the Centre aims to meet the individualized needs of clients seeking holistic health solutions.

In collaboration with Thrive, an arm of East Belfast Community Counselling, the Centre also provides complementary therapies and stress management classes designed to help participants identify stress triggers and implement positive lifestyle changes. The experienced team of therapists is fully insured and holds current Enhanced Access NI disclosure certificates, ensuring a professional and supportive environment for all clients.
