Welcome to Soda and Starch, a hidden gem tucked away in the picturesque Craft Village in the heart of the Walled City. Every dish on our frequently changing menu is freshly prepared from the finest ingredients – locally sourced wherever possible. Ireland is rich in great produce and our kitchen’s philosophy is based on seasonality, provenance and flavour. Game, fish, meat and vegetables are chosen with care daily. We have a close relationship with the finest suppliers in the county and believe in offering great food cooked with passion and flair. The courtyard creates the perfect backdrop for al fresco dining whatever the weather this summer. Think rustic, relaxed dining, imaginative dishes and the warmest of welcomes. Open Monday - Saturday, serving lunch from 12pm and dinner from 5pm with daily closing times varying throughout the year.
