Station B&B opened in Jan 2019 after extensive renovations and is brought to you by an award-winning, husband and wife hospitality team - Ursula & Sean Walsh. Station B&B earned its name having hosted the local Fire Brigade for most of the 20th century. Originally built as a grand residence in the 1800’s, the area was once popular with shipping and textile magnates who enjoyed observing the ebb and flow of their passenger and merchant vessels along the River Foyle from the comfort of their lavish homes. The building resides on a plot containing a site marker from the 1688 Siege of Derry where it once offered commanding views for miles around in all directions.
