Join me in my thatched farmhouse kitchen - make traditional northern Irish breads and enjoy homemade treats! I live only 30 minutes outside Belfast in an area of outstanding natural beauty. I'd love to welcome you into my cosy Farmhouse kitchen, where you will enjoy lots of my homemade sweet treats - made with local ingredients. Then - it's aprons on and we have an immersive experience making traditional griddle breads - soda, wheaten and potato breads. Breads made - you will sit down to more tea / coffee and delicious warm breads just made! You will take a bag of your breads and the recipes home!
