Pizzeria Famosa is a unique, artisan Pizzeria serving gourmet, Neapolitan style pizzas. Our product is incomparable with other pizzerias in Jersey. The dough is made in house using our own yeast, 72 hours levitation process and is stretched using special Neapolitan technique. Pizzas are prepared with the finest ingredients, best equipment and baked in a brick oven at 450 degrees which all contribute to a remarkable product that is light, easy to digest and full of aroma.
