Abbot House Heritage Centre, nestled in Dunfermline's Heritage Quarter, is an A-listed building steeped in the rich history of Scotland's ancient capital, dating back to at least the 16th century. Known locally as the "pink hoose," it is ideally located adjacent to Dunfermline Abbey and the award-winning Carnegie Library Galleries.
Following a five-year closure, the house has been revitalized with a comprehensive renovation that includes a gift shop featuring locally made artisan products, a coffee shop, and a workshop space within its splendid walled garden.
