The Brand Established in 2014 we looked to bring something different to Scotland and what better than the extravagance of American dining with our own twist. Sourcing all our produce as locally as possible we aim to provide quality in every meal… which is always devoured leaving you dreaming about your next visit! We provide generous portions with everything being freshly prepared daily and as a family business we welcome everyone with open arms. & The Brains After realising school wasn’t for him, our one and only Raz dipped into the food industry where his passions were ignited! He’s lit on the grill and has definitely got the sauce… the Adam’s sauce to be precise! He has unleashed all his creative genius into the original Adam’s menu. He’s all about the locals and wants to bring everyone together in Adam’s stores which he aspires to be in every city around the UK and beyond.
