Orkney's first new distillery in over 132 years, producing handcrafted gin and vodka. Come and visit us for an insight into the fascinating world of distilling, sample our spirits and enjoy our shop offering quality gifts. NEW for 2024 our 'Dashing Deer Kitchen & Bar'. Using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible we offer quality hot and cold food, sweet treats and bakes. The café is licensed and open from 10am. Our carefully curated bar offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We are closed on ChristmasEve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day to allow our fabulous team time to spend with their loved ones We will also be closed on the 1st and 2nd January We wish all our customers a very Merry Christmas and every happiness in 2025!
