Edinburgh Chess Club

The Edinburgh Chess Club, established on 4th November 1822, is the oldest chess club in Scotland and one of the oldest in the world, celebrating its bicentenary with a rich heritage in chess history. Located in the West End, the club welcomes chess enthusiasts of all ages and abilities, particularly encouraging junior and female players to join its ranks.
