OPENED IN THE WEST END OF GLASGOW IN 1996 MOTHER INDIA HAS ESTABLISHED ITSELF AS AN ONGOING FAVOURITE WITH GLASGOW'S DISCERNING DINERS. We have 3 floors each of which has its own distinctive ambience. The ground floor is the smallest and cosiest, with its own bar and street view. It's perfect for those who like to watch the world go by whilst enjoying their meal. Move upstairs and you enter a different environment, almost Dickensian with its emphasis on rich wood panelling and views through the leaded square windows. Downstairs we have most recently added the Cellar. With a quieter, theatre lit feel it's aimed at those who love a sense of privacy and intimacy. Above all, however, Mother India is aimed at satisfying you. Our staff will endeavour to ensure that you relax and enjoy your experience whilst our team in the kitchens will do their utmost to provide you with the freshest, most wholesome Indian dishes we can create.
