Northern Meeting Park

The Northern Meeting, established in June 1788 by thirteen Highland gentlemen in Inverness, aims to promote social interaction and cultural activities in the Highlands. Initially comprised of local landowners, lawyers, and merchants, the organization has evolved to host a grand summer ball, informal parties, and the prestigious international solo piping competition known as The Northern Meeting.
