At the bistro we operate a one man, open kitchen. Serving freshly prepared, daily changing, seasonal menus. Sean is very particular about providence from locally sourced meats & locally picked mushrooms to doing his own butchery & preparing everything in house. From daily baked bread rolls at the start of your meal to the chutney on your cheese board & all that comes in between you will find everything made right here in The Bistro.
