Union of Genius is Scotland's first soup cafe serving 6 different soups every day offered with flavour-matched artisan breads, plus a range of healthy salad bowls and our legendary chillis - Chipotle black bean vegan chilli, and Golden Chicken chilli. Each day you will find over half of our menu is vegan or vegetarian, and many gluten-free options . We also think we make some of the best espresso and hot chocolate in Edinburgh. By working with local producers and the use of recycled and compostable packaging with a recycling loyalty scheme, we aim to minimise our impact on the environment as well as produce great soup, fast.
