Claygate Bupa Health Centre

We offer a selection of health assessments to give you a clear picture of your current health, while identifying potential health risks. We also offer a range of services including GP Services and women's health services including our Period Plan and Menopause Plan. There is a car park onsite and registration can be entered at reception to provide free parking. The centre is wheelchair accessible. Raynes Park and New Malden Railway Stations are approximately 5 minutes by taxi each. Kingston Station is approximately 10 minutes by taxi. Wimbledon Underground and Train Station is approximately 10 minutes by taxi. The number 57 bus route from Kingston, Raynes Park and Wimbledon train stations provides a regular service. The bus stops are labelled New Victoria Hospital and are on either side of the road in front of our entrance.

Welcome to our London Chiswick Bupa Health Centre Our centre is run in partnership with My Healthcare Clinics and is located on Chiswick High Road inside Chiswick Physio. There is no parking at the centre but there are pay and display spaces on the neighbouring streets - Thornton Avenue and Mayfield Avenue and it can also be easily accessed via public transport links. The nearest tube stations are either Turnham Green for the Piccadilly and District Lines. The centre is located on the ground floor with wide access to and from the front door. We have a selection of health assessments, designed to give you a clear picture of your current health, while identifying potential future health risks.
