Offering 15 stylish, private rooms our brand new serviced accommodation can sleep from 1 to 30 and also offers the convenience of an onsite care and laundrette. We are centrally located within Swansea’s historic maritime quarter and can offer you everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All this is offered at a nightly rate that cannot be beaten. The bedrooms: Our spacious, modern rooms come complete with comfortable, new mattresses, a smart TV and free wifi, plus plenty of storage space. 13 rooms can be arranged as twin beds or a double. 2 rooms offer triple occupancy. The Kitchen: Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped with new cooking appliances and a comfortable dining table. Each room has its own lockable kitchen cupboard stocked with all the utensils and crockery you will need to cater for yourself during your stay. Bathrooms: With 5 new bathrooms to service our guests there is no need to worry about having to wait in line. We also provide you with quality towels for your stay. Shampoo and body wash are provided free of charge. Toiletries and toothbrushes are available to purchase on site. Hairdryers and hair straighteners can be borrowed for no additional fee.
