A passport or driving licence and the card you have made the booking with will be required at the check in time . For safety reasons and to avoid card fraud we must require those documents if needed so you must have a valid document with you . Applicable Deposit Policy 50 % of the total amount is charged anytime after booking and it's a non refundable deal. The outstanding balance will be charged on the arrival day The total price will be charged if you cancel or modify your booking later than 3 days before arrival. Children and Extra Bed Policy One child under 12 years is charged £ 10.00 per night when using existing beds , This amount will be automatically charged from the card provided at the time of booking. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Baby cot can be provided on request only Iris hotel is a 2*Hotel , B&B, has no entertainment and bar is open daily 3pm-10pm ( 3pm-11pm Christmas & New Year period
