As well as your well known cuts, we offer what we call The "Vintage-Cuts" Cuts of Steak that butchers know well & keep to themselves, cuts like Bullet steak/Spider Steak/Teres Major/Onglet Steak/Bavette Steak/Tri-Tip Steak/Diamond Steak...The list goes on!!! We have also imported a Pitt Smoker from the U.S to BBQ Smoke meats on Oak wood.. Doesn't get any better...
