Established in 2017, the LetThemSeeCake Company is run by award winning sugarcraft artist and cake designer Gareth Davies (creative director), alongside his partner Ryan Rowe (managing director). Gareth has been making cakes since he was a young boy in Aberystwyth, Wales.
