Plas Yn Dre

Plas Yn Dre is located in a convenient position on Bala High Street. Bala lies on the banks of LLyn Tegid, a busy rural town rich in history, from Socks to the Royalty to local legends like Mary Jones and Betsi Cadwallader. Plas Yn Dre has been a family run restaurant since 1990 but has gone through quite a transformation in 2017 with a complete re-vamp and the addition of 9 Guest Bedrooms. The building has been sympathetically built retaining as many of the original features of the historic building as possible and furnished and styled in a luxurious relaxed theme. The end result is stunning to say the least and we invite to to come and sample our wares for a drink in our snug or lounge bar, a meal in our relaxed dining room or a nights stay (or 3) in our luxurious rooms. Well behaved dogs are welcome in a few of our rooms. Our aim from the start was to provide stylish rooms, serve good fresh local food and provide an excellent experience for our guests.
