Newly refurbished, the Summit Bar is the neighbourhood hangout and offers relaxed all-day dining and drinking within the historic Celtic Royal Hotel & Spa. Serving everything from Welsh craft beer and cider to coffee and cocktails, walk-ins are welcome for lunch, dinner and drinks. Serving food from 12pm to 2pm and 6pm to 9pm, the menu features a selection of classic British, seafood and grill dishes including Welsh Sirloin Steak, Deep Fried Cod & Chips and Traditional Welsh Faggots - all crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Plus an indulgent choice of desserts! There's also a great selection of sandwiches, toasties, ciabattas, burgers and sourdough pizzas at lunchtime - perfect after a long walk. Renowned for its Sunday roasts, the must-try carvery is just £16.95 per person. There's also a regular lineup of live music and entertainment.
