Situated in a leafy residential area, Breme Residential Care Home has a welcoming atmosphere with a real home from home feel. Our dedicated team provides a range of care and support for our residents, including residential care, dementia care, day care and respite care. Our day care services are available Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays 9.30am to 4.30pm. Our care home has been designed with the usual comforts you'd expect such as welcoming lounges with fireplaces, light and airy dining rooms, landscaped gardens and cosy bedrooms, which provide a warm place for our residents to rest and relax.

We're proud to launch A Lifetime of Flavours, a heartfelt celebration of food, family, and the incredible lives behind the dishes. This beautifully curated cookbook features over 40 cherished recipes from Sanctuary Care residents across the UK. This isn't just a recipe collection, it's a part of how we bring to life our Enriching Lives Framework, which is based on research into what truly matters as we age. At the heart of this book is one of our 'Six Senses'; the Sense of Continuity. We believe in empowering those in our care to sustain their passions, identities and routines - such as cooking!
