I have been trying to get my refund back for over two months. The hotel claims they don't have my funds from Booking.com. Booking.com says it won't release the funds unless they have permission...

It was very pleasant. I actually extended my stay because of the wonderful and helpful host Kaja. The hotel is very lucky to have him because he made my stay super enjoyable and deserves a raise....

I will preface this review by saying I chose this hotel knowing it was a 2.5 star hotel. Purchased it through universal studios website as a package for 6 people and this was the cheapest option....
