The Old Vicarage Hotel & Restaurant is one of the oldest buildings in Bridgwater with some parts dating back to the 14th century. The property has undergone extensive renovations to the oldest parts of the property including 9 of the bedrooms in 2019. The bar and restaurant serves lunch evening meals and breakfast options which include a cooked full English homemade granola and monkey bread plus cereals and fresh fruit. There are homemade Glamorgan sausages for vegetarians and vegan and gluten-free options too. Situated in the heart of the town centre there is a garden and patio area where guests can enjoy their morning coffee lunch or a drink. Just off of the M5 at Junction 24 the hotel is close to many attractions such as Cheddar Gorge Quantock Hills Glastonbury Wells Wookey Hole and the city of Bristol.
