Deceptive business practices. Did not bill my insurance as a doctor's visit as they have for years but instead they billed as an urgent care without any notice. Costs lots more on my insurance....

UPDATE: Just called to inquire on wait time status. ONLY TO BE TOLD MY VISIT WAS "CANCELLED". This is ridiculous. Total time in clinic: 2.5 hours and counting Terribly unorganized. Understaffed....

Do not go here. I was the first person in line when they opened and had to wait 1.5 hrs for a doctor to barely look at me and tell me to gargle with salt water for my sore throat. horrible...

Was treated like garbage! Receptionist at the front was rude and talked with an attitude, cutting her eyes, and shaking her head. "Do you have insurance?!"...I would've probably been treated...
