History

Celeste Zapata is a professional cake artisan and pastry chef. She graduated from Culinard at Virginia College with a degree in Pastry, Baking and Confectionary Arts. Since 2005, she has worked as a cake decorator for Publix, Olexa's in Mtn. Brook, and Mathews Manor. Now, she delivers her own custom cakes and delicious confections to your event!
