No longer free and you have to pay at the museum across the street. Only a partial rebuild of original fort. Disappointing, but they did a good job with what they have.

I am so glad I came here to learn about this fort..The history of Mobile is explained in detail about how the area changed hands from French, British, to US rule..Alot of history about the area...

The interpreters in the fort could not have seemed more disinterested. Not even sure why there were there if they don't want to interact with visitors. I'm visiting Mobile for a history conference...
