Took 50 minutes for 2 burgers and the patty melt came out looking like it was ran over. They were polite and courteous and remade it but also made it seem like that's just the way it comes out....

I'd definitely have to say the food was awful. I ordered a patty melt with a small onion ring, and the onion rings were so salty, I could not eat, and the burger was burnt to a crisp.

Between the extremely slow service, overly salted food, and burnt bun. You could get a better experience from sonic. They have a smash burger there
