Established in 1994, the Fitness Center is a fitness facility offering a range of fitness programs and training. Based in Birmingham, Ala., the facility offers one-on-one personal training, state-of-the-art equipment, individual workouts and a comprehensive nutrition plan. Its nutrition services include the Sure Weigh program aimed at customized diet plans for weight loss and other health benefits. The Fitness Center training also involves pre and post health evaluation along with cardio training and golf conditioning program, which consists of 12 Nautilus strengthening exercises. It provides amenities, including locker rooms with showers, flexible program scheduling and parking.
