During the new normal we have to demand better. 1. No masks or gloves for their associates 2. Tables and hard surfaces in common areas not cleaned 3. Elevator buttons had dirt and grime on them...

So far it's the quality we expect from Holiday Inn. We checked in about 10am that's was very nice of the morning manager. We stayed the night very comfortable. The pool area is nice. We'll check...
