Good pedicures given by the guy. Nails techs are not seasoned. Nails last three days before they lift or come off. Customer service is up and down also. Maybe it just depends on who's working.

I wish I had read reviews before using Lux. Two day ago, I got a mani & pedi and it's already chipping (french-manicure). I have not washed a single dish or anything else other than normal hand...

If I could give zero stars I would. They charged $10 to soak off my dip. The nail tech tech didn't even get all the previous dip off then smeared it on my fingers. I thought she would clean it up...

THE WORST NAIL SHOP EVER, refused to fix my nail from the previous place and I was going to pay whatever to fix. -5 stars !!
