Coming from NY, I wasn't expecting much, but I was very happy with the pizza at Mellow Mushroom. It was definitely different from what I'm used to but the dough (maybe whole wheat?) was awesome....

The pizza is always fresh and hot, the staff are great about accommodating preferences and allergies, and their follow up in the case of a rare snafu is awesome! This is my favorite spot to order...
