The regional manager made the decision to ban me from this facility because apparently they allow their employees to treat everyone differently based on the time of day or their personal feelings....

Even this website says "staff wears masks" but they DO NOT. There were 5-6 employees at the desk yesterday and only one had a mask and he had it under his chin!! So how serious do they take...
