High end Southern food with a French twist. Located in the heart of revitalized downtown Sheffield. Red Clay" is a reference to the region and also reflects to keep the ingredients to the dishes as local as possible. We use vegetables from Bluewater Creek Farms and Jack-O-Lantern Farms, and beef from FAME Ranch cows. The soaps in the restrooms are made by a woman who has a lavender farm across the state line in Tennessee. Baskets on the tables are hand woven from dried kudzu vines.

Service was great. We just had apps. Salmon dip- I don't know if it was the chips or the dip itself but the salt level was at 11. Also had the fried okra and it was so salty we could not eat it.
