Sat with the fam while they ate without my food. It never came. They just offered to take the food off the bill. Nothing else. Go to another Texas Roadhouse.

Costumer service by hostess was terrible. We called and made a reservation for 9, it wasn't an issue. When we get there, on time, for our reservation but she was unable to find our reservation...

What gives with all the bad reviews here?! This was my first time coming to this chain restaurant and the dinner and service was excellent! Walking in this place reminded me of a Logan's Roadhouse...
