I've heard about Tim's Canjun Kitchen so decided to finally try it out. It appears the building used to be a Pizza Hut. With that being said, it is definitely a "mom and pop" type of restaurant....

I have tried Tim's Cajun Kitchen in Huntsville, Alabama a few times. And, their Shrimp Po'Boy Sandwiches, French Fries and Hushpuppies are Great!
