Alaska Dance Theatre is currently seeking to fill the position of Artistic Director. Requirements include teaching, choreography, producing, with desire to build school programs and create signature style for professional company. Dancers interested in teaching are welcome. The Company is classically trained and performs a contemporary repertory.The School of Alaska Dance Theatre accepts applications for instructors to teach various levels and ages in ballet, and modern or jazz, with experience choreographing for advanced through professional levels. Candidates with advanced skill in more than one discipline are preferred. In addition to the company season, The School of ADT provides opportunities to choreograph for school and studio productions, and to participate in outreach and educational activities.
