Bagels up close and personal... see it made! Delicious bacon with a fresh cracked egg and cheese on top. The bagel was nicely toasted.. not too hard at all. Pleasantly surprised!

I hate doing this but here it is. Ordered wild salmon bagel. Very little ingredients,very tough bagel. $16.95 for basically cream cheese. Stick to making eggs
