Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) is a wholesale electric provider that delivers clean, reliable, and low-cost wholesale power to member utilities in Southeast Alaska. As a joint action agency authorized under Alaska State law, SEAPA operates and manages power projects, generation facilities, and transmission facilities, with a focus on hydroelectric power.
