There's a reason why there is always a waiting list. The employees are always busy doing everything they can without cutting hair. This isn't a man-power issue, it's a time to focus issue.

The wait time is terrible. The employees use the reason as being short staffed but it's been like this for a while now. They work super slowly and skip over people for others that they know.
