Founded in 2000, Alaska Works Partnership Inc. is a provider of construction training and placement system. Based in Anchorage, Alaska, it offers services, such as rural outreach/training and pipeline/weatherization training. The company houses Anchorage Construction Academy, which provides recruitment, trainings and placement to construction industry aspirants. It delivers services in partnership with Alaska s Building Trades unions, the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the Denali Training Fund. Alaska Works Partnership Inc. has association with ACP (American community partnership) and The Alaska Apprenticeship Training Coordinators Association (AATCA).
