SpecialtiesSince 1988 Saltwater Inc. has been an industry leader in the design and implementation of fishery and marine mammal observer programs. Annually we employ over 250 marine observers who collect fisheries data for a variety of public, private, and foundation clients. This observer data is used to manage U.S. fisheries and marine mammal populations in a sustainable way. We are currently recruiting biologists to work as fishery observers in the Alaska groundfish, Alaska crab, Alaska scallop, Alaska Marine Mammal, Hawaii, West Coast Groundfish, and Northeast marine fisheries programs.
