Founded in 1995, Aniak Subregional Clinic provides health care services to residents in Anvik, Red Devil, Russian Mission, Crooked Creek, Holy Cross, Lime Village, Upper Kalskag, Lower Kalskag, Chuathbaluk, Shageluk, Grayling, Sleetmute, Stony River, Napaimute and Georgetown, Alaska. Its facilities include a medical laboratory, pharmacy, radiology department, itinerant and behavioral health offices, medical records, and conference, emergency and patient screening rooms. Aniak Subregional Clinic is a part of Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation (YKHC), which administers a comprehensive health care delivery system for more than 50 rural communities in southwest Alaska. YKHC includes community and sub-regional clinics, and dental and behavioral health services, including substance abuse counseling and treatment, health promotion and disease prevention programs.
