Half the trailers aren't sealed properly. Had an electrical wire exposed from the outside sparking, they just used spray foam and called it good, always had a mold/mildew smell, one of the walls...

Runs apartments with bed bugs and pests. Management responsive but they don't seem to care about the cleanliness and maintenance over their overall properties.
